Colour: Jet black core with a crimson rim. Aroma: Concentrated aromas of dark fruits, blackcurrant, blackberry, boysenberry and subtle violet floral notes with delicate oregano, black pepper spices. Palate: Rich core of red plum, blackcurrant, blueberry and savoury notes. Fine grain tannins build encasing the fruit core. Beautiful slatey acid provides drive and freshness. Colour: Brilliant, clear with faint green tinge. Aroma: Perfumed aromas of Bergamot orange blossom, grapefruit pith, tangerine ad orange zest. Delicate sea spray notes flood the glass. Palate: Fresh and vibrant flavours of Tahitian lime, blood orange ad Meyer lemons complimented with briny notes of samphire and wet river stone. Chalky acidity provides focus and length balanced with a lovely phenolic texture, adds further complexity. A perfect accompaniment for freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, sushi grade tuna or kingfish ceviche!

Colour: Medium garnet core with pale rim. Aroma: Scents of crushed rose petals, black cherry, blueberry and subtle cinnamon spice. Palate: Sweet red fruits of plum, wild strawberry and blueberry come to the fore. Fine powdery fruit tannins delicately wrap around the fruit core. Each varietal has an important role to play in the blend. The Sangiovese provides velvety tannins and fresh acid line. The Shiraz provides ripe fruit density and richness. With the Malbec providing floral notes and red and blue fruits.

Dark crimson in colour, this wine exhibits intense blueberry,black plum, liquorice and dark chocolate notes, complimented by subtle wafts of nutmeg, cinnamon and gingerbread spice.The palate shows cedar oak spice with concentrated dark fruit flavours. The Shiraz provides density and fruity richness while the Cabernet tannins caress the mouth, encasing the rich fruit core.
